Chandi Hospitality Group President Honored at Keegan Leadership Series
Sonu Chandi’s “Just Say Yes” philosophy is the reason he is the recipient of the inaugural Next Gen Community Impact Award. Mr. Chandi truly epitomizes the “American Dream.” In 2000, when he emigrated to the U.S. with his family, he didn’t speak English. Today, he is a successful entrepreneur who has shown his commitment to strengthening his community.
Mr. Chandi has helped transform Santa Rosa’s downtown business community. He is the president of Mountain Mike’s North Bay Franchise Management. With his wife and his two brothers, he owns and operates Stout Brothers Irish Pub & Restaurant, Bibi’s Burger Bar, and The County Bench Kitchen + Bar. He serves on the boards of the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber, the Santa Rosa Downtown Association, the Sonoma County Harvest Fair and 10,000 Degrees. Mr. Chandi was educated at SF State, where he majored in financial services and corporate finance.
The James B. & Billie Keegan Leadership Series is a program of the Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital Foundation. The Leadership Series seeks to inspire others to serve our community as Jim and Billie Keegan so generously did for more than 50 years. Their commitment to improving the health and quality of life in the community they loved so well has become a cornerstone of the history of Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.
