Codding Investments Prepares To Move Headquarters To Santa Rosa
Codding Investments, a 59-year-old investment holding company, today announced that it’s relocating headquarters from Rohnert Park to Santa Rosa, California.
The company made the decision to relocate as SOMO Village (SOMO) welcomes Morton & Bassett who will be leasing part of Codding’s current Rohnert Park office space. Morton & Bassett recently signed a multi-year lease for 126,056 square of commercial space, with an August 2015 move-in date.
Codding will continue to have a presence in Rohnert Park via a satellite office at SOMO to include Codding Foundation, SOMO Living Development and Management Teams.
“The Codding Offices were built as a showcase of the vibrant opportunity at SOMO and is an ideal location for Morton and Bassett. The SOMO Office has plans under development now for a new suite”, said Brad Baker, CEO and Chairman of Codding Investments and developer of SOMO.
“We are committed to our investments and we’re always pleased to lease commercial real estate, even if it happens to be space we currently occupy. Codding made the decision to return headquarters to Santa Rosa to be closer to Coddingtown Mall”, said Lisa Codding, Chief Operating Officer.
