NCBE hiring a Director of Membership

The North Coast Builders Exchange -- a non-profit contractors association that provides services and representation to construction-related firms in Sonoma, Mendocino, Lake, and Napa Counties --is seeking to hire a Director of Membership. The Director of Membership is a full-time, non-exempt role, reporting to the CEO, and is responsible for attracting and engaging members and increasing membership retention. They own membership events planning and execution ensuring that members are informed and engaged. Occasional Saturdays may be necessary as well as occasional travel (20%).
