Recherche du Plaisir launches Fall Sweets Collection
Recherche du Plaisir is ringing in the new season with the launch of their all new Fall Collection. Starting on Tuesday, September 23, Chocolatier Lucy Gustafson will be adding 4 new truffles, 2 sandwich cookies, 3 Macarons, and 3 Gourmet Chocolate Bars to her extensive collection of Chocolates, Confections, and Sweet Bites.
The Truffles are the Macchiato: Extra Dark Chocolate with Espresso, the Southern Belle: Milk and Dark Chocolate with Bourbon, Pecan and Peaches, The Sea Bog: Dark Chocolate with Hibiscus & Cranberries, and the Dieppe: Dark & Bittersweet Chocolate infused with a decadent Port.
The new sandwich cookies are the Ginger Lindy: 2 Spicy Ginger cookies sandwiched around either a Tart Lemon or Smooth Pumpkin Buttercream, and the Oatmeal Tart: Black Currant Buttercream in an Oatmeal Cookie embrace.
The new Gourmet Chocolate Bars on offer will be the Rose and Berry Bar: White Chocolate with dried Roses, Strawberries & Raspberries, The Milk Chocolate with Sugared Hazelnuts Bar, and the Dark Chocolate with Tart Cherries & Toasted Almonds Bar.
The new Macarons will be the Hazelnut Macaron with a Maple & Bourbon Buttercream, the Bananas Foster: Banana Macaron with a Caramelized sugar & Spiced Rum Buttercream, and the Pumpkin Macaron with a Pumpkin Butter filling.
Custom Truffle Gift Boxes are available from 4 to 32 pieces and Macaron Gift Boxes are available in 5 to 10 pieces.
