Redwood Credit Union Relocates Mendocino Avenue Branch
RCU’s new Santa Rosa location offers added convenience and technology
Redwood Credit Union (RCU) relocated its Santa Rosa Mendocino Ave. branch today, from 2360 Mendocino Ave. to 2460 Mendocino Ave., just one block north of the previous location. The new site was previously occupied by Marie Callender’s.
The new full-service location is designed to better accommodate RCU’s growing membership, with a more open floorplan for improved interactivity between Members and staff, a technology bar with tablets for Members to use for various transactions and loan applications, a children’s activity area, and improved parking access.
“At RCU, we continually seek ways to help our Members succeed by saving them time, and making banking easier,” said Andy Ramos, senior vice president of member experience. “We’re excited to offer our Members improved convenience, technology, and exceptional service at our new Mendocino Avenue location.”
The Mendocino Ave. branch is the third of RCU’s branches to be remodeled with the more open layout and technology features. The Credit Union’s Rohnert Park and Sonoma branches were remodeled in 2015, and the Petaluma branch is scheduled to undergo improvements this year.
