Hosting a Courthouse Square Event
The Santa Rosa Metro Chamber (SRMC) and the City of Santa Rosa have come together to provide event hosts with low-cost access to Courthouse Square.
The SRMC has been granted a blanket use permit for Courthouse Square and the adjacent parking areas, and will serve as the primary resource for planning and coordination of all events taking place on Courthouse Square.
If you would like to host an event on Courthouse Square, please fill out the interest form and provide as much detail as possible about your event.
Once your event interest form is received by SRMC, our staff will reach out to you to further discuss the details of your event.
For detailed information on rules, permits, and usage guidelines for events hosted on Courthouse Square, please see the Courthouse Square Event Guidelines and Use Agreement (link below). Once your event details from the interest form have been approved by the SRMC, you will be asked to fill out the agreement; signatures from both parties will be required in order to hold your event date and time.
