A Fond Farewell to Janet Rogers
Breaking up is hard to do. But we’ll stay in touch – and yes, we really mean it.
It is with heartfelt gratitude and innumerable fond memories that we say farewell to Janet Rogers, sending our best wishes as she begins a new chapter at the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts.
Over the course of nearly 19 years, Janet performed practically every function within the Chamber organization – from heading up membership and directing events to guiding programs like Leadership Santa Rosa and our Young Professionals Network to most recently leading the Chamber’s efforts in downtown.
A farewell celebration was held at Belly this past Thursday, where current and former board, committee and staff members celebrated Janet's accomplishments, and where she was presented with a Proclamation from the mayor and the City of Santa Rosa honoring her contributions to the strength and vibrancy of the Chamber and our community.
“It has been such an honor to represent the Chamber and work with so many wonderful people,” said Janet. “I will miss my Chamber family, and Chamber members, but looking forward to my new adventure at the LBC.”
