Creating a Legislative Agenda to Represent the North Bay in Sacramento

Chamber representatives from Sonoma, Marin, and Napa counties convened last week at the North Bay Chamber Legislative Summit to prepare an agenda for the Cal Chamber’s Capitol Summit May 31st.

Hosted by the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber and the San Rafael Chamber, this event featured keynote addresses from both Dr. Rob Eyler, Dean of Extended and International Education, and Mike McGuire, State Senator, District 2.

The over 30 attendees representing the North Bay region then discussed the top legislative priorities to focus on in preparation for the Sacramento trip. Topping the list were transportation, housing, and regulatory issues.
