How-To:

• Log into your member portal. Your username is your email, and you can set/reset your password with the Forgot Password link.

• In your portal, check to see if you're in your personal profile or the company profile (status in the gray menu bar along with a Switch Profile button for switching) Make sure you're in the company profile.
• If you'd like to offer a member discount or general/public coupon, go to More Pages > Manage Member Discounts to access the form.
