Host a Chamber Mixer in 2013

Dear Chamber Member:
The Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce invites your business or organization to host a Business After Hours Mixer in 2013. This is a perfect opportunity to showcase your business to key members in our wonderful community. For your venue to be considered, please review the guidelines, complete the Mixer Request Form (PDF) and send via e-mail to Janet Rogers or fax to (707) 545-6914.
As a Mixer host you will receive the following:
- Promotion in our weekly e-newsletter sent to over 2,500 business people.
- Logo and business name displayed on flyer posted on our website, handed out at our new member receptions, monthly ambassador meetings, and also displayed in the reception area of our Chamber office.
- Business cards that are collected at the Mixer are turned over to the host so that you may follow up and generate new business for your company.
- Listing on our website events calendar.
- Mailing Labels of all member businesses (Value $225).
In the selection process the Chamber will seek to balance the Mixer schedule with both small and large businesses. Cost of hosting a Mixer is $350. It is important that these events are a representation of our membership and that they be conducted in a business-like and professional manner.
We conduct a Mixer on the fourth Thursday of each month with the exception of August (no Mixer), November (second Thursday of the month) and December (first Thursday of the month.)
We appreciate your support and interest in hosting a Chamber Mixer, however, submission of this application does not guarantee that your business will be selected. Venues will be selected on a first come, first serve basis. Those members not selected will be added to a waiting list, and should there be a cancellation, those on the waiting list will be contacted first for the opportunity.
