My name is Joshua Pinheiro and I am the COO and Buyer Client Manager of Berghof Realty. This includes, but is not limited to: Berghof Realty Corporation's business pipeline, current escrow timelines, revenue goals, and the current updates in regards to the completion of those goals. My responsibilities also include providing excellent service to Berghof Realty Corporation's buyer clients from the first meeting until close of escrow.
How long have you been with your company/in that line of work?
I have been a Realtor for five years and I have been the COO of Berghof Realty for 4 months.
What do you enjoy most about YPN? If you are new and haven’t experienced what YPN has to offer - what are you hoping to accomplish within this community?
What I enjoy most about YPN is the like-minded young professionals coming together for a common goal, this goal being to push our businesses forward through networking and building strong relationships.
What do you bring to YPN? If you were to be a go to person for a fellow YPN member what would they go to you for?
I find that I bring a wealth of knowledge in real estate, however, more importantly others have told me that my connecting ability has helped them, if a member needs to be put in touch with a certain professional I will do whatever I can to look through my B2B and real estate past and present clients to see if I can find a fit.
How long have you been in Sonoma County? If a short period where are you from originally?
I was born in Spokane WA and I moved to Sebastopol when I was six months old. I spend six years away from Sonoma County when I was in the Army (NY, WA, Iraq, and Afghanistan) and an additional two years as a broker in Seattle. I have now been back in Sonoma County for two years.
Whether it is “Hakuna Matata” “Carpe Diem” or “Just Do IT” - Do you have a motto in life?
I have two motto’s one is "F.O.C.U.S. ( Follow One Course Until Successful)" and the other is "Real Estate Done Right".
In 10 years where do you hope to be?
In ten years I hope to be the CEO of Berghof Realty and running for the California State Assembly.
If you were allowed to eat one type of food for the rest of your life (and not deal with the consequences) what would it be?
If I could eat one type of food without the consequences I would eat Coffee Ice Cream.
If you were to play “hooky” from work for a day, what would your ideal day look like?
The perfect day to play hooky would be around October, the family and I would head to the beach for a surf session, then head to a Raiders game, and if we have any more energy head to six flags. We would, of course, then sleep all day the next day. Why not fit a mini vacation into one day.
What is your proudest accomplishment thus far?
My proudest accomplish thus far is becoming the COO of Berghof Realty and raising my kids to believe real estate is cool.
The last show I watched on Hulu was “Designated Survivor” it's an amazing show, you all should watch it.
