New Faces at the Chamber

The Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome four new team members: Tanya Rainey, Visit Santa Rosa Assistant; Dawn Bell, Lead Concierge at the California Welcome Center; Justine Trogdlen, Events Manager; and Erin Douglas, Workforce Development Assistant.
Tanya spent over 15 years in the health and fitness industry working her way to become a General Manager of a Health Club. Alongside that she has helped put on major events in the area. She enjoys working with others and has volunteered her time throughout the community. She is excited to continue her growth in the community and to learn more about what Santa Rosa has to offer. In her free time she enjoys working out and spending time with her two kids.
Dawn spent many years in event planning and fundraising for various non-profit groups before moving from Sacramento to Sonoma County in 2004. Here her career took a decided turn for the interesting. In the last dozen years she has served as Executive Director for the Russian River Chamber of Commerce, Director of Events for the Monte Rio Recreation and Park District (where she still oversees weddings), dabbled in advertising sales and finally, a ran her own wholesale baker with clients such as the Village Inn & Restaurant, Andy’s Produce Market and Oliver’s Stores. She brings a varied skill set to the role of Lead Concierge for Visit Santa Rosa located the California Welcome Center.
Justine comes to us from the Sonoma County District Attorney’s office where she worked as a paralegal. Prior to that, she worked in the hospitality and spa industry where she did a little of everything from managing staff to coordinating events as well as taking care of merchandising and marketing. Born and raised in Sonoma County, she’s excited to be working at the Chamber and to be more involved in the community.
Erin grew up in Sebastopol, graduated Analy High School and attended Santa Rosa Junior College. She spent the last eleven years at Adobe Associates Civil Engineering working in various administrative areas. Erin was a former board member of the Chamber’s Young Professionals Network and was Ambassador of the Year for the program in 2014. She is very excited to now be working for the Chamber since she has been involved as a volunteer for the last four years. She enjoys helping her community and has volunteered for the Redwood Empire Food Bank, Santa Rosa Fire Department Toys for Kids and Rincon Valley Little League. In her spare time she enjoys, wine tasting, and spending time with her family and two children, Mark and Hailey.
