New grant program from Community Foundation Sonoma County

Community Foundation Sonoma County is launching a competitive grants program to support nonprofits directly serving Latinx communities, seniors, and the homeless populations, investing in creating a more equitable recovery from the pandemic.

Grant applications open on August 10 and will be due by 5pm on August 28. Grant recipients will be notified the week of October 5.
