South Bay Meet North Bay

This past weekend the Board of Directors of the Global Business Travel Association - Silicon Valley Chapter (SVBTA) held its annual retreat in Santa Rosa. Their membership is comprised of over 250 Silicon Valley business leaders responsible for the purchase of travel services with a total annual expenditure exceeding $1 billion.

With many thanks to our hospitality partners at the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country, Pure Luxury Transportation, and Park Avenue Catering, the SVBTA board and their spouses enjoyed a spectacular wine pairing dinner featuring winemaker Dan Barwick's wines from Paradise Ridge Winery.

The Visit Santa Rosa team, Brad Calkins, Charlene Lennon (who planned the event), Chris Vomvolakis and Kim Link were honored to entertain this wonderful group from the South Bay. GBTA Vice-President Makiko Barrett of Automation Anywhere said everyone in attendance said it was the “best SVBTA board dinner ever!” The food, the wines, and the setting were truly world-class.
