The Kerry Rego Consulting Work Station

Serve on a committee or task force for the Chamber? We appreciate all that you do. Member volunteers provide a lot of the fuel for Chamber programs, lending their time, expertise and hard work to make them a success.

Kerry Rego of Kerry Rego Consulting has been a Chamber volunteer for almost a decade, and from time to time – when there was a break between two meetings – she would ask if there was an extra desk at the Chamber where she could get a bit of work done.

“Being on so many committees, my joke was that I needed a desk at the Chamber,” says Kerry. “But space has always been tight. When it came up that there was finally space at the new downtown office – there was an empty desk – a lightning bolt hit me and I said, ‘Oh, that’s the desk that I’ve been asking for.’ And when someone said we should get a sponsor for it – to keep it open for volunteers – everything slowed down in my head and I went, ‘That’s me! Ok, I’m in!’”

Take a seat, make a phone call, break out your laptop to check email or use the Chamber computer to print a few documents – we want to help you get your work done because you help us get our work done.
